CBMT’s Engineering Strategy & Capability Development
At CBM Thailand (CBMT), the landscape of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) is shifting. As we look toward 2026 and 2027, our mission is clear: we are evolving from a traditional facility management provider into an engineering-driven powerhouse.
This transition isn’t just about growth—it’s about building a foundation of excellence, technical mastery, and regulatory compliance that sets a new standard for the industry in Thailand.
From Facility Management to Engineering Excellence
The core of our 2026–2027 strategy is the integration of high-level engineering with our established IFM platform. We are expanding our Mechanical & Electrical (MA/ME) services to cover the entire lifecycle of a building’s systems—from routine maintenance and rapid repair to complex system upgrades.
By focusing on energy optimization and system enhancements—such as advanced chiller and pump automation—we are helping our clients reduce their carbon footprint while improving their bottom line.

In Thailand, safety and environmental standards are not just recommendations; they are legal mandates. CBMT is positioning itself as a vital partner in navigating these requirements. Our move into compliance-driven services means we provide solutions that are mandatory for businesses, ensuring our clients stay protected and operational.
Investing in People: The Training & Certification Center
A strategy is only as strong as the people who execute it. To reduce dependency on subcontracting and ensure the highest quality of work, CBMT is establishing an Electrical Training & Certification Center (Level 1).
This center serves a dual purpose:

As we look at our achievements from the past year—including our regional expansion with partners like Ornsirin Development and our successful ventures into the hospitality and government sectors—it is clear that our momentum is growing.
By June 2026, we expect to complete our implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. These certifications will validate our commitment to quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.
